Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 1 day before the scheduled travel date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled travel time are not eligible for a refund.

You may reschedule your trip up to 24 hours before departure at no additional cost, subject to vehicle availability.

If the cancellation is made by Bookingkan.com due to operational reasons or emergencies, customers will be informed via email and WhatsApp. Customers are entitled to a full refund or a rescheduling option at no additional cost.

If the customer fails to appear at the scheduled departure time without prior notice, the booking will be considered forfeited and will not be eligible for a refund.

If the number of passengers and luggage does not match the booking and makes the trip unfeasible, customers can contact Bookingkan.com or our driver to book an additional vehicle. The cost of the additional vehicle will be borne by the customer.
Example Scenarios:
- If a customer books a 7-seater vehicle, which has a capacity of 4 passengers and 4 standard-sized suitcases (24 inches), but arrives with 5 passengers and 2 small suitcases (20 inches), the trip can proceed without any additional charge as the selected vehicle can accommodate the revised number of passengers and luggage.
- If a customer books a 7-seater vehicle but arrives with 7 passengers and no luggage, the trip cannot proceed because a 7-seater vehicle has a maximum capacity of 7 people, including the driver, leaving no room for passengers only. In this case, an additional vehicle must be booked at the customer’s expense.

For airport pickups: The free waiting time is 90 minutes from the time your flight lands. If the free waiting period is exceeded, an additional charge of IDR 100,000 or approximately US$7 will apply, payable directly to the driver.
- Example: If your booking is scheduled for 12:30 PM with flight code SQ938, and flight SQ938 lands at 11:50 AM, the waiting time starts from 11:50 AM. The driver will wait until 1:20 PM. If you exceed 1:20 PM, the additional charge will apply.
- If you experience delays at immigration or baggage claim, you can contact the driver or Bookingkan.com via WhatsApp for assistance.
For airport drop-offs: The free waiting time is 30 minutes. If the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes, additional charges may apply.

If you cancel your booking within the allowed period, you will receive a full refund without any administrative deductions. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of cancellation.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking, including credit cards, bank transfers, or other approved payment methods.
The refund amount may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.

In exceptional cases such as medical emergencies (with valid proof), customers may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 50% of the total payment.

Refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy will be denied.
